Winter Adds Service Dispatcher
09/29/2010 - WT Winter Associates has added Marisol Rivera to our Service Team as our new Service Dispatcher. Marisol comes with many years of experience dispatching and replaces Sal Gazzo who has moved on to another position within the Winter Group at Valdata Systems. We wish Marisol and Sal good luck in their new positions.

12/16/2009 - WT Winter has put the finishing touches on a mobile web site designed for smartphones and PDA devices for entering service calls and getting basic information from the field. Users can access the simplified web site from their portable devices at http://mobile/wtwinter.com. The full web site which includes all of the mobile content, is still available at www.wtwinter.com.

Winter Expands Parts Room
11/02/2010 - WT Winter continues to grow and to accommodate our customers’ needs we are near completion of our expanded parts department. The addition of almost 300 linear feet of shelving now allows our parts department to be better organized and stocked to ensure we have the parts when you need them.
Winter Expands Territory
10/05/2010 - In a vote of confidence, Mettler Toledo has expanded the sales and service territory of WT Winter Associates into upstate New York and Connecticut. The Counties in New York include; Sullivan, Ulster, Duchness, Orange and Putnam. In Connecticut, Fairfield County. Service for this territory will be dispatched from our Fairfield, NJ office.
Winter adds Invatron Systems (PLUM)
05/04/2010 - WT Winter Associates has entered into a relationship with Invatron Systems, the maker of PLUM scale software to supply its software to smaller chains in the New York/New Jersey metro area.
Invatron Systems Corporation develops, publishes and markets business software for the supermarket industry in North America, Europe and Australasia. They help customers to achieve their central management objectives through the intelligent design and implementation of software and related technology. They provide a combination of off-the-shelf software applications and components as well as customized development and consulting services.
They are the creators of the PLUM Scale Management system, an application for managing perishables or fresh food areas within a grocery store as well as across the entire chain. PLUM Scale Management is the most widely installed application of it's kind with over 12,000 grocery stores that currently use it to manage their fresh food information.
New Phone System
Fairfield, NJ - WT Winter Associates recently completed the overhaul of its phone system switching from analog to a modern VOIP system. With more features and abilities to direct calls as well as having its brains internet based, we will no longer be susceptible to outages as a result of power outages. Please be aware though, all extensions have changed, please refer to the below list of new extensions for your future use;

Costco opens Manhattan site with Mettler Toledo!
11/12/09 - WT Winter Associates, Inc successfully opened the new Costco Manhattan location this past Thursday with all new Mettler Toledo products. The centerpiece is the Mettler Toledo Model 647 (Max) Automatic Wrapping system now being implemented by Costco nationwide. The Max is designed and built for high volume meatrooms and handling large heavy packages that are a staple at most Costco locations. The balance of the equipment consisted of UCST Touchscreen Service Scales for the rest of the departments.
