New Tool for Service
9/25/09 - WT Winter has introduced a new tool for taking service calls via our updated web site. New service calls can be conveyed providing all the necessary information we need through the use of our new service call form. Calls entered are documented with a confirmation going back to the customer confirming we have received the call. Another nice feature allows our customers to specify a technician if they have a preference and some flexibility. Look for our mobile version for PDA and smart phones in the coming weeks to give the same convenience on the road.
