I would like to thank you and your fellow employee's for shipping my order that I received this morning before lunch. A deli without a scale could be a terrible thing, but you got my shipment out and to me in a quick manor before our lunch rush began. I also appreciate you finding me a part that was in stock and was comparable to a part that you would have had to order from Toledo, thus saving me half the cost. Again, I would like to thank you for helping on such short notice and I would like to commend you on your amazing customer service.

...I got it, everything works perfect and beautiful, it's freakin amazing. Everything you told me was spot on, I got all the buttons, all the label formats, I was able to make my own, insert a time stamp and do everything. So you don't necessary need to stop by to help us with any setup...
